The Mule comes with a three year limited warranty on parts and labor.  The battery is covered by a 90 day warranty.  End Users/Dealers need to complete and return the warranty card so that we have accurate information needed to honor the warranty.  If the completed warranty card is not returned the warranty date for that Mule begins on the date it was shipped from our office.

 

 

 

• Transfer of product ownership from original end user
• Non-authorized person’s repair or alteration of a BPI product
• A Mule damaged through: abuse; misuse; negligence or accident; improper maintenance, installation, application or use of incompatible parts, components, and/or accessories.
• A reading of 150 or higher on the Usage Meter
• Impairment due to Acts of God
