The Mule can lift 350lbs of weight.
What happens if too much weight is put on The Mule?
Loads of approximately 375 lbs. or more will stop the lift after it’s ascended roughly 6 inches from the ground. An overweight indicator light on the back of the Mule’s column will illuminate.
How do I reset The Mule?
Lower the platform as far as possible and remove the weight, the Mule should then reset itself.
Why does the overweight indicator illuminate and the lift stop even with a little bit of weight on it?
Perhaps, the lift screw is not properly lubricated or it is dirty. Inspect the screw for debris and clean it with a rag or brush. Lubricate the screw with a light spraying of synthetic lube like silicone and raise and lower the lift five or six times.
